I adore this mixed media project that I created in a class some time ago with my friend Shannon. I used a collage background, as well as stencils, stamps, texture paste, pears pens, and gelatos to create this piece.
Missing my mom and partner in crime so much! She was a funny, quirky lady who never took herself too seriously. I’ll miss that! We took a trip to Busch Gardens about 4 months ago and had a blast. I made this page for her and she loved it. Today is her memorial so I thought it was a good day to share this layout. Enjoy Every Moment. Isn’t that the truth! It’s how she tried to live her life as do I!

Chloe lost her Grandma just the other day and I know how hard this will be for her. My mother-in-law was an awesome lady. She was an amazing mom, grandma, and dog-grandma. When she first met Chloe she wasn’t much of a dog person. Chloe won her over pretty quickly and the two of them shared an incredible bond! She will be missed so much by all of us.

Today’s card is called a triangle fold card. I love sending homemade cards to friends and family but, sometimes, my timing is a bit off! So I decide to make a belated birthday card (might need to make a few more!)
To create this card I used: Close To My Heart Confetti Wishes cardstock, pattern papers ,and embellishment, sentiment from Stampin’ Up Happiest of Birthday’s cling stamp set, Simon Hurley create dye ink pad – triple berry, blue twine for balloon string, Velcro to close the card, and balloons cut using Silhouette Cameo 3.
Measurements: 8.5″ x 11″ cardstock scored at 5.5″ and 4.25″ and then cut diagonally. (creates 2 base cards)
Pattern paper: (2) pieces 4″ x 5.25″ cut diagonally
inside paper: 4″ x 5.25″
Balloons: approx 2.5″ x 2.75″
What inspires you? Books have always been a huge source of inspiration for me. Tell me a book you think needs to be on my list. —————

Today I was challenged to create a heritage page. I decided to design a layout showcasing the only “formal” photo I have of my great grandparents who emigrated from Russia in the early 1900s. I am really happy with how the page turned out and may continue designing more heritage pages in the near future!
Created using Artisan6 software. (Feel free to message me if you’d like to learn more about digital scrapbooking!)
